Smokin Seventeen by Janet Evanovich

Let's see, it's been awhile since I've listened to this audiobook.  This of course, is a story about Stephanie, a bail bonds agent and her sidekick Lula.
In this story Stephanie and Morelli are not exactly together, however, they do get together during the story, I think. They sleep together but I'm not sure if that means they are back together.  Stephanie also sleeps with Ranger in this story, which she had only done on one occasion before.
This is about the 7 sins, gluttony, etc. and some stones that stand for the sins.  If you possess the stone then most likely you sin the way the stone represents.
Stephanie runs into Morelli's grandma who put a curse on Stephanie, it was a slut curse, and Stephanie was in the mood all the time and did some incredible things with Ranger and Morelli and even thought about it with a new character who had been accused of fraud in Atlanta.
Stephanie's mom has given up on Stephanie and Morelli so she tried setting up Stephanie with the son of someone she knows from the "Burg".  He has a less than stellar reputation but he is an amazing cook.
Someone in the meantime has been burying bodies around the bail bonds office, since their office is under construction.  After the second or third body they start leaving messages for Stephanie.
I liked this book better than the 16th.  It had some good Lula and Stephanie humor, like a guy who runs around naked with a huge erection who missed his court date and needs to reschedule.
A few good laughs and an easy read.
Guilty pleasure.
